The Indigenous Health Learning Lodge Learner Services provides a buffet of services for Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit and Métis) students in undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate programs in  Faculty of Health Sciences at McMaster. Students are invited to reach out to the Learning Lodge to learn more about programs and services available.

Learners seeking services are asked to self-identify in their welcome at the front desk of the IHLL or to the Learner Services Coordinator.

Learners do not need to have applied through the FIAP to receive services at the Learning Lodge. It is essential to emphasize that verification through the FIAP or the McMaster Indigenous Identity Verification process does not determine a person’s Indigenous identity, and Indigenous identity is determined by our family and community.
